As part of the 2008 Winter Scripting Games, I have been asked to provide a solution to an event ahead of the "official" solution being posted. My solution, along with comments, etc., will be posted on the site when the solution to the event is posted (when due according to the Games schedule).
I was chosen to answer event #8 in the advanced category. Needless to say, I'm going to be using PowerShell to solve it.
Now, #8 has the 2nd highest number of points assigned to it (#10 being the highest), so it looks like I have some work to do!
